- What is Remi?
- Remi is an AI agent that builds your management system by talking with you, migrates your old data, and — if you want — stays on to operate it day to day: sales, purchasing, stock, cash and invoicing.
- How is it different from a traditional ERP?
- An ERP is software you operate. Remi builds a system tailored to you by assembling already-validated pieces, and it can also operate it for you: it detects, proposes and takes actions. It is a management system with a copilot inside, not one more app to fill in by hand.
- How does it migrate my data?
- With a deterministic process, not by guessing row by row. It reads your old system, profiles the data, you confirm the key mapping decisions, and a versioned executor migrates and reconciles against the source. Balances and stock match exactly before cutover.
- Is it safe to let an agent take actions?
- Yes, because every action has a fixed class in code: reversible ones run on their own, ones with external consequences (issuing a document, sending a message) ask for a one-click confirmation, and irreversible ones are never autonomous. The agent that reads external messages has no power to act.
- Does it work without the agent?
- Yes. The system Remi builds is yours and runs on its own, without the agent subscription. The agent is an optional upgrade that makes it more powerful, not what makes it exist.
- Does it work for my industry?
- Remi has no industry baked in: it builds your system by combining generic primitives (customers, items, documents, movements) and applies your business vocabulary. It fits commerce, manufacturing, services, accounting firms and more.
- How long until it is up and running?
- It depends on the size of your operation and the data to migrate, but the assisted flow is designed to leave you with a real system running, not a months-long project. Construction is by assembling already-proven pieces.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. You talk to it the way you would talk to a partner and Remi does the work: it proposes the system, adjusts it with your feedback, builds it and migrates your data. The assisted experience is the point.
- Can it invoice?
- Yes, with a gate: Remi prepares the invoice, and issuing it (with tax consequences) asks for explicit confirmation. It never moves third-party money or issues anything irreversible without your OK.
- What happens if I stop paying for the agent?
- You keep your management system running just the same. The agent is a separate subscription; if you cancel it, you lose the copilot that operates and assists, not the system.
