Remi for accounting firms
An accounting firm lives on processing volume: documents, reconciliations, due dates, per client. It is exactly the work a rule-bound agent can absorb.
How it works
- The firm's system. Remi assembles clients, documents and movements with accounting vocabulary.
- Ingestion and reconciliation. Documents and statements come in by channel; the copilot proposes the reconciliation.
- Due dates and alerts. It detects and flags due dates. Alerting is reversible; anything with impact asks for confirmation.
None of this bakes "accounting" into the core: it is assembled by combining generic primitives (organization, document, movement) with the industry vocabulary. The firm ends up with a solid system and a copilot that enters and reconciles the repetitive work.
Professional judgment stays with the accountant; Remi takes the mechanical, low-judgment work off their plate.
